Reconnect with the wisdom of your body, the power of your emotions and the playfulness of your mind.

Embark on a journey within to unleash your potential.

Life is a Party

Do you feel like you stand on the edge of life’s dancefloor looking at other people having fun?

Do you feel self-conscious, judging yourself and not able to enjoy the moment?

Do you dream of expressing your deeper self more freely, connecting with life’s fellow dancers in a more authentic way and enjoying the party to the fullest?

Our Journey Together

I will accompany you through an exciting, curious and open-minded exploration. A journey of recognition (etymologically “recalling to mind”) of what you deeply know and who you truly are. An experiential path to:

My Approach

My work is influenced by mindfulness, existentialism, movement culture and neurosciences. I balance deep questions with playful exploration, using a mix of conversational and embodied coaching.

For you to get the most out of our sessions, all I ask is you come with an open mind, and a willingness to face your fears and vulnerabilities. Personal work of this nature can sometimes feel intimidating, but I am here to guide you through this journey. It might not be an easy road, but it will be worth it!

I’m happy to talk through my approach in more detail on a free discovery call.

“Franck Jeuffroy is an incredible coach, he has a positive demeanour that immediately makes you feel comfortable to share your problems with him. When I was in a very bad place, he brought clarity to my thoughts and taught me how to regain perspective and focus on my objectives. Through his movement work I've also learned to connect with myself on a deeper level, listen to my body and find my centre.”

 FAQS

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

There are many differences, but I would like to share two main ones with you:

1/ Coaching considers the clients as “creative, resourceful and whole” beings. The aim is to help the clients find their own answers to Life questions, get rid of limitations preventing them reaching their full potential and support them in achieving their goals. Therapy is here to help patients who were hurt by life to come back to this state of “creative, resourceful and whole” beings.

A helpful analogy is looking at an athlete. A Sports Coach (in the analogy, similar to a Life Coach) will help the athlete overcome their stress and fears, enhance their practice and their mindset and reach specific goals. If the athlete gets injured, they will go and see a Sports Doctor (in this analogy, similar to a Therapist) who will take care of their healing and recovery, until they feel strong enough to come back to their normal training and work towards their goals again with their Coach.

2/ Therapy is often mainly focused towards the past and the ‘why’. Coaching is mainly focused towards the present and the future and the ‘how’. This being said, there is of course an intersection between both!

How long is coaching?

The internet is full of offers of quick fixes. I am passionate about supporting you to achieve a real deep change in your life, not giving you a feel good pill with a temporary effect.

Through my coaching, I will accompany you through a journey of awareness and practice. Awareness creates choice. Practice creates capabilities. And both require a bit of time. With that in mind I usually suggest a package of 6 sessions over 3 months.

What Investment is required?

To get the best out of coaching you must be committed and have the desire to change something in your life. Facing things that prevent you living a rich and authentic life, aligned with your vision and values can be difficult, but it’s highly rewarding.

A financial investment in your transformational path also represents a commitment towards yourself and the work we will do together.

I recommend new clients commit to a 6-session package over 3 months, at a total cost of £600 to be paid upfront. If you are not in a financial position to do this, I am happy to discuss a payment plan.

How do I know if you are the right coach for me?

The relationship between a coach and a client is the most important part of the coaching process and it’s imperative that it’s the right fit for both parties. If you are interested in finding out more about my approach and how we can work together, please contact me to set up an introductory call.
